REFUNDS FOR GOODS
Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods.
You will need to show your purchase receipt.
We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

Good is broken;
-
Good does not match description;
-
Good is the wrong size; or
-
Good does not meet the purchaser's expectations.
Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

Herbal consumables, including (but not limited to) dry herbs, teas, tinctures, elixirs, syrups
In order to comply with Canadian Health Regulations, we cannot provide refunds on herbal consumables.
In the event that the product is spoiled, we will gladly exchange it. The following rules apply:

Product must have been purchased within 7 days;

Product must not be expired; and
-
Product must be relatively full (we will not provide exchanges on spoiled products that have been mostly used - exception for "sampling").
REFUNDS FOR SERVICES
Refunds for services booked on our Site are as follows:

All services are non-refundable.
You can cancel or reschedule your treatment at any time without incurring a cancellation fee, with exception to:-
Package deals - If you purchase a package, you can reschedule your treatment, but you cannot cancel. Cancelled package sessions will still need to be paid for.
